Our Foodbank Manager visits 10 Downing Street

Our Foodbank Manager, Victoria Miller, was honoured to attend the Room to Breathe Frontline Roundtable at 10 Downing Street today, representing Chipping Barnet Foodbank and the wider Trussell network of food banks

The roundtable brought together organisations working with people experiencing hardship to share frontline experiences and explore practical changes that could make a difference. Victoria raised issues including in-work poverty, rising housing costs, access to crisis support, isolation and loneliness, and the importance of joined-up services that help people before they reach crisis point
